Bmi Chart Of Women Statistics Are BMI Charts Right?

Are BMI charts right? - bmi chart of women statistics

I lost weight slowly but steadily over the past two years. I started a 184 (eek. our secret Psst ..) and I'm 145 pounds. I am a woman, and I'm 5'9. The 140S is good for me. I'm happy and I am very good at the moment.

My boyfriend is the same height (teensy a little higher ... maybe an inch 1 / 2) and I noticed that the list shows that BMI, the same weight I should be healthy? Because of my weight loss, now wants to lose weight and do not know how much to lose.

Should not there different standards for men and women? He built quite differently than I do. If you lost 50 pounds would be perceived as figure.

The height of the action against BMI weight, but do not take into account the amount of exercise. My brother, 170 pesos, and she is 5'8 and under the table, are overweight, when in reality it is a bodybuilder and weight of muscle.

So, if you and your friend, exercise and healthy diet, I would be the figures for body mass index with a grain of salt. Count duty, light weight is what my brother always tells me.

Good luck!

BMI charts can be correct, but very badly. They do not apply to me because I am too muscular and not take into account lean mass, total body weight alone. It could also be a low reading for someone who is thin, but not in shape and has more fat than muscle.
